Hi, I’m 46 years old and live in Charters Towers in North Queensland. I grew up on the Gold Coast. So far I have lost 25kilo in 12 months on the Lady Shake and Lady Bars.

 I was a chubby kid and let it carry on into adulthood with bad food habits and not being very active. I Loved the bakery which is not healthy at all.

After 20 years of being a stay at home mum, my husband and I booked a trip to Douglas to celebrate being empty nesters.  It was on this holiday that I realised my weight was no joke anymore. It was serious. I couldn’t walk for more than 5 minutes without sweating and going red. It ruined my holiday. 3 months later I still hadn’t done anything about my weight and hello covid lockdowns I got bigger.

I had been reading about The Lady Shake and the biggest thing that got me was people’s success stories, the before and after pics are truly inspiring. I thought I can do this too. So I ordered online and promised myself if I was going to do this I would do it properly and put all my effort into losing weight. I had a shake for breakfast and lunch, a healthy snack between the 2 shakes and a lady bar as an afternoon snack then a healthy dinner. I also walked for an hr, 4 to 5 days a week. I’ve lost 25 kilos and am still losing.. my goal is another 10 kilos.

Since losing weight, my confidence has grown which allowed me to get out of my comfort zone – I now work 5 days a week.
The convenience of the lady shake is a massive drawcard and hey, what else can I say, it just works. If you are thinking about starting, I would say, you CAN do this.
