Not only does it add a creamy texture to your Lady Shake, but this super-mix will leave you full of energy and ready to shine.
- 2 scoops any flavour Lady Shake
- 350ml cold water (or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 scoop Choc Super Greens (To add in 5 serves of veggies!)
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix.
