Ingredients

1 scoop The Man Shake vanilla flavour 120ml egg whites 1/2 banana (mashed) 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Toppings (optional): 1/2 banana Sugar free maple syrup 214 calories per serve

Method

1. Blend together all of the ingredients until smooth. 
2. Heat a non stick frypan, you can add a little bit of oil to prevent sticking if you wish. 
3. Pour in 1/3 of the batter and allow to cook and bubbles to appear. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat until you have used all of the batter.
4. Once cooked remove from pan and place on plate. Top with sugar free maple syrup and the other half of the banana.
