150g banana, mashed
3/4 cup gluten free wholemeal flour
1/4 cup walnuts
1 Tbsp. coconut flour
50g the lady shake powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup almond milk
3/4 cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp bicarb soda
1 tsp baking powder 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Grease a 6 hole silicone muffin tray.
In a bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the walnuts. Pour the mix evenly between the 6 muffin holes.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tray.
