- ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
- 2 scoops (60g) of The Lady Shake (or other low-sugar protein powder)
- 1 heaped tablespoon of non-fat vanilla Greek yoghurt
- super easy, just get a blender or stick blender and whiz it all together
