Berry smoothie

Want to shake up your mornings now that the weather is a bit warmer? Try our Berry Smoothie, healthy and delicious.


  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 scoops (60g) of The Lady Shake (or other low-sugar protein powder)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of non-fat vanilla Greek yoghurt


  1. super easy, just get a blender or stick blender and whiz it all together
  2. enjoy!

Belinda’s tip: add some ice or mint to your smoothie for a cooler, fresher taste!
