Kristy Didn't Give Up & Lost 18kg

So my story is this. I have always battled with my weight, and it was always a struggle. My issue is that I am just never hungry :( In 2020 Dare Iced Coffee became my food for the day, two 750ml bottles whilst I did my shift at work.
After having a hysterectomy in my 20s, the problem became worse, and it became even harder to budge the weight. In December 2020 I hadn’t noticed how much weight I had gained until a co-worker told me I had got fat. I decided to make a change. Not only because of what he said to me but also because I was a new Nanna and I wanted to be a healthier happier version of myself.
So, in January I started the shakes. It was so convenient and easy, but finances stopped me a few times from continuing. I started at 89.9 kilos and got down to 80kg, then had to stop for a few months and put 5kgs back on.
I was so tired all of the time and had no energy, even working became a struggle. And I found myself distancing from people so that I could not be judged for gaining weight once again.
I wake up and have a morning coffee, sometimes two! I make my morning shake at around 9.30 am and have my first snack at 11.30 - usually a yoghurt or a rice cake with avocado and tuna. Then I have my second shake at 2pm just before leaving to start my shift at work. My first break at work is 4pm, so then I have a snack usually some almonds or a piece of fruit. Then I have dinner which is usually mashed sweet potato steamed vegetables and meat. I love turkey so I will always pick turkey up in my weekly shop.

"I started again"
So started again at 85.9kg. At yesterday’s weigh in I was 71.9 kg - a loss of 18kg since I started The Lady Shake lifestyle change, and I have become the healthier happier version of me. It’s been an easy journey so far, I didn’t count calories and the shakes fill me so much and I find it so easy to drink them rather than eat food.I wake up and have a morning coffee, sometimes two!
