Michelle Lost 15kg As A Birthday Present To Herself

Hi all, I’m Michelle and this is how I lost 15.6kg with The Lady Shake.

Life had been really busy. I have 4 kids at home, I work full-time, my husband is a FIFO worker, and I was stuck in a toxic work environment. All of this led to unhealthy eating and drinking habits. I got into a bad routine and didn’t realise how much weight I had gained until I saw a photo of myself on my birthday. I immediately felt disappointed, which made me reflect on my lifestyle. That was the turning point when I decided to make a change.
My birthday was in July and I was sitting at 98.5kg.
I decided to try The Lady Shake after seeing adverts on social media and hearing about a friend’s success with The Man Shake. I bought my first bag from the local chemist, and right from the start, the shakes and Lady Bars kept me full. One of the biggest challenges was breaking old habits. I cleaned out my pantry and fridge, getting rid of all unhealthy snacks, and committed to daily 45-minute walks.

My routine is simple: I have a shake for breakfast, a Lady Bar (my favourites being Rocky Road and Choc Peanut Butter) for morning tea, another shake for lunch, and then a balanced dinner—usually fish or steak with greens. My favourite shake flavours are Vanilla and Chocolate. I haven’t tried mixing flavours yet or any of the smoothie recipes yet, but I’m looking forward to experimenting with them soon!
When I order The Lady Shake, I don’t have a go-to bundle pack. I tend to just buy the products as I need them. This allows me to stick to what I like but with room to move if a new Limited Edition flavour is released.

My family has been an incredible support system. They’ve encouraged me to keep going, especially on days when I’ve felt defeated or discouraged. Their encouragement has been key in helping me stay on track.
One of the most memorable moments for me was seeing the difference in my Before and After photos. I hadn’t noticed the changes by looking in the mirror every day, but when I saw the photos side by side, it was a huge win. Another great moment was fitting into jeans I hadn’t worn in years—that was such a rewarding feeling!

My biggest advice is to keep things simple but consistent. Be patient—Rome wasn’t built in a day! Stick to a calorie deficit, follow a routine with The Lady Shake and healthy meals, include a minimum 30 minutes of walking a day and the results will come.

Now, I feel amazing! After losing over 15.6kg since July, I feel healthier, more energetic, and much more confident. The weight loss has really helped me physically and mentally, and I’m excited to keep going, this is just the beginning.
