Sophie lost 24kgs with The Lady Shake

Hey, I'm Sophie and I lost 24kgs thanks to The Lady Shake. I never would post this on social media but I'm hoping it helps just one person continue their journey.
After having 2 babies I put on 29 kgs each pregnancy I decided I wasn't happy in my own skin was constantly miserable and never wore anything but oversized baggy clothes, so I jumped on board the lady shake in September 2022 to get started.
My day consisted of a shake for breakfast, fruit for snack or a boiled egg, shake for lunch and rice cake with cottage cheese, hummus and avocado for another snack. I did this for the first 2 weeks and then swapped my lunch to having 2 rice cakes with those same toppings and my shake in the afternoon. I ate normal dinners as usual. I cut out white bread and alcohol at the start and with just 30 mins a day on the treadmill.
I originally started with a sample box to figure out the flavours I enjoyed and then went on purchasing the bundle deal. My favourite flavours would have to be Vanilla, Banana and Cookies and Cream! I'm still on the shakes for breakfast, mainly just vanilla but I add fresh banana or berries to it to mix the flavour up.
I managed to lose 24kgs and reach my pre-baby body within just 4 months! By December 2022 I was back to my pre-baby body. I still want to tone but I'm shocked at how fast the weight has dropped!
I really hope this can just help one mum out there finding it hard to get the motivation to start their journey. On tip I have is stay off the scales and go by your clothes and how they fit. I'm a massive foody so if I can do this anyone can.
The bonus with these shakes is they gave me so much more energy throughout the whole day!
