Ingredients
- 3 x eggs
- 1/2 cup x oats
- 1 x banana
- 1 x scoop of Vanilla Lady Shake powder
- 2 x teaspoons of sugar free maple syrup (for topping)
Method
- Add your ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth
- Pour mixture directly into a non-stick pan on medium heat, this recipe creates 3-5 pancakes, depending on thickness preferred
- Flip with a spatula when golden brown on both sides (TIP: wait until the ‘bubbles’ on the edges of the pancakes have popped for easy flipping!)
- Serve with a topping of sugar-free maple syrup, and enjoy!
