Ingredients
- 6 Weet-Bix
- 4 scoops of The Lady Shake Coffee
- 1/3 cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 200g reduced sugar chocolate
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Crush Weet-Bix in a bowl
- Add in The Lady Shake powder and shredded coconut and stir
- Melt ½ cup of coconut oil in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between
- Add the ½ cup of melted coconut oil and rice malt/maple syrup to the Weet-Bix mixture and stir well
- Press into a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, allow to cool and then refrigerate
- Once the slice is cold, melt the reduced sugar chocolate and tablespoon of coconut oil slowly in the microwave or over the stove
- Pour the chocolate mix over the slice and refrigerate until set
- Cut into 16 slices
