Chilli Chicken Burger

Ingredients
- 150g lean chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce (or sweet chilli sauce if you prefer)
- 2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 handful lettuce
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 slice beetroot (optional)
- 2 sliced tomato
- 1 wholemeal bread roll
Method
- Heat frypan and spray with oil
- Slice chicken breast in half
- When hot add chicken and cook for approx. 4 minutes on each side or until cooked
- Combine chilli and mayonnaise and spread on a roll
- Add all salad
- Add chicken and eat!
Adams Tip: this serves 1, but you can double the recipe if you are cooking for more than one.
