We asked the ladies in the "Lady Shake Ladies" Facebook group to tell us their favourite recipes for making their shake into a smoothie. You girls are creative! These are amazing!!
These are great for when you are looking for something to "shake up" the routine a bit. You'll never be bored - there's something for everyone!

** The water amounts are as per personal preference. Please add as much or as little water as you like to make your shake to your desired consistency. **
Ingredients
Frozen Mocha Madness
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Chocolate
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Coffee
- 2 espresso shots
- 6 ice cubes
- 125mL Unsweetened coconut milk
- 350ml water
Blend until smooth!
Tooty Fruity
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Banana
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Strawberry
- 50g frozen Mango & strawberries
- 2 ice cubes
- 150mL unsweetened coconut milk
- 250mL water
Blend until smooth!
Mango Delight
- 2 scoops The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 50g frozen mango
- 4 ice cubes
- 450mL cold water
Blend until smooth!
Chocolate Blueberry Muffin
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Chocolate
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 3 ice cubes
- 125mL unsweetened coconut milk
- 350mL water
Blend until smooth!
Berry Delight
- 2 scoops The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp brekkie booster
- 50g frozen mixed berries
- 450mL cold water
Blend until smooth!
Tropical Delight
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Banana
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 50g frozen tropical fruit mix
- 2 ice cubes
- 125mL unsweetened coconut milk
- 350mL cold water
Blend until smooth!
Caramel Latte Frappe
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Caramel
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Coffee
- 2 espresso shots
- 6 ice cubes
- 125mL unsweetened coconut milk
- 350mL water
Blend until smooth!
Choc Mint Ice Cream
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Chocolate
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Choc Mint
- 6 ice cubes
- 125mL unsweetened coconut milk
- 350mL ice cold water
Blend until smooth!
Chocolate Fantasy
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Chocolate
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 50g frozen strawberries
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 drops of peppermint essence
- 450mL ice cold water
Blend until smooth!
Caramel Cafe Latte
- 2 scoops The Lady Shake Caramel
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 100mL unsweetened almond milk
- 350mL water
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 handful frozen spinach
Blend until smooth!
Summer Luncheon Smoothie
- 2 scoops The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp LSA mix
- 450 ml ice cold water
- 6 ice cubes
Blend until smooth!
Winter Morning Hotshot
- 2 scoops The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 1 heaped tsp coffee
- 1/4 cup water
Top with boiling water and stir!
