Breakfast pudding

Get rid of that extra pudding with this tasty high protein and low sugar brekkie Recipe. Try all the different Lady Shake flavours to change it up. Try either; strawberry, chocolate, banana or vanilla!

Serves 1 (double or triple quantities as required)

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of The Lady Shake or low sugar protein powder
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup milk or almond milk
  • Handful of strawberries or frozen berries

Method

  1. Place yoghurt in bowl and add Man Shake powder
  2. Add milk then mix up you achieve pudding like texture
  3. Add berries to top
  4. you can add water if required

Belinda’s tip: Take it further with some nuts, different fruit, chia seeds or whatever your breakfast sprinkle go to’s are.
