INGREDIENTS
- 150g lean chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce (or sweet chilli cause if you prefer)
- 2. teaspoons low-fat mayo
- handful lettuce
- 1/2 carrot (grated)
- 1 slice beetroot (optional)
- 2 sliced tomato
- 1 wholemeal bread roll
METHOD
- Heat frypan and spray with oil
- When hot add chicken and cook for approx 4 min on each side or until cooked
- Combine chili and mayo and spread on the roll
- Add all salad
- Add chicken and eat!
