Choc banana boost smoothie

It’s the weekend! And what better way to enjoy it than starting your Sunday off with this amazing choc banana boost smoothie! Not only will you feel satisfied after drinking it, but you are basically having your cake and eating it too by indulging guilt free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 Banana (fresh or frozen up to you)
  • 2 dates (Pitted, and chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp of shredded coconut (or flaked)
  • 2 scoops (60g) of chocolate Lady Shake
  • 1 Tbsp of dark chocolate or 3 squares (shredded)

Method

  1. Throw all your ingredients in the blender and blitz them until smooth (or to your liking) and enjoy!

Belinda’s tip: If you are choc mint lovers, chuck in a small handful of fresh mint leaves before blending to get a minty flavour for something different! 🙂
