Chocolate Protein Pancakes

1/4 cup oats, blended into flour 1/4 cup cottage cheese or greek yoghurt 1 scoop Lady Shake powder, chocolate flavour 2 egg whites 1/4 tsp baking powder

Toppings:  1/2 cup strawberries, sugar-free maple syrup, 1/4 cup greek yoghurt

In a bowl, combine the oats, cottage cheese or yoghurt, lady shake powder, egg whites and baking powder together until smooth. Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Pour in 1/3 of the pancake batter and allow to cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat until all of the batter is cooked. Top with sliced strawberries, a dollop of yoghurt and maple syrup.
