28-year-old Corie from Brisbane lost an incredible 33kgs!

After the birth of my third child, I’d hit a staggering 104kgs. The lockdowns definitely contributed to weight gain as I’d just sit at home and snack all day.

I no longer liked my reflection in photos and hated looking in a mirror. I wanted to be healthier for my kid and knew I had to do something.

I had previously tried other weight loss shakes but I’d never feel ‘full’ and would always revert back to snacking. My fiance knew about the manshake from his friends and suggested I look into the lady shake so I did and I haven’t looked back since!

Each morning I wake up and have a coffee with skim milk and no sugar. Have my shake, when my kids are napping I’ll get on the stationary bike for 30 mins, have my lunch shake. I’ll have a lady bar as a snack or one of the recommended snacks from the website. Dinner is always something from the lady shake recipe book (I love the low carb chicken pizza!) And 2 litres of water a day!

My biggest roadblock was that I love chocolate and would often eat an entire block but after having tried the chocolate lady bars, I’d found a much healthier more filling alternative to curb my sweet tooth.

The biggest difference I have noticed since losing weight on my journey is that I am very aware of what I am eating and understand what eating habits were causing me to gain weight. The lady shake program has really helped me in so many ways.
