5 Healthy Recipes that you can Cook and Freeze – from my family to yours!

With the weather getting cooler – these school holidays are a great opportunity to grab the kids and spend a couple of hours in the kitchen.  You can make all of these recipes and freeze them.  This will give you some healthy and quick options for meals when you get home from work in the dark!  Why not even freeze some in portions for nice, hearty winter lunches?

Low Carb Fried Rice

This one is quick and easy.  You can add your choice of veggies too!

“Some like it hot!”  Adding chilli will not only warm you up – it will get your metabolism fired as well!!

Grab this one out of the freezer in the morning & pop it in the oven when you get home!

Chille Con Carne

This is one of my favourites, especially in winter!  Simply defrost, heat and eat with some avo & light sour cream.

Make and freeze the filling of your Lady Pie.  You’ll then only need to add your pastry & bake!
