What a great way to change things up in the kitchen tonight with this awesome fish taco recipe that is healthy, tasty and will leave you satisfied come dinner time.


  • 1/2 lime
  • 2  fish fillets (approx. 300g)
  • 2 handfuls lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 C shredded cheese
  • 6 taco shells


  1. Heat pan and spray with oil and cook fish fillets (approx. 3 minutes each side)
  2. While cooking fish, dice tomato
  3. Smash avocado with a fork
  4. Heat taco shells
  5. Break fish into bite size pieces once cooked
  6. Divide all ingredients into 6 for your 6 shells
  7. In each taco shell put lettuce, tomato, fish, avocado, salsa and squeeze some lime juice on top
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and repeat with all 6 shells
