Healthy Anzac Biscuits

With Anzac Day upon us try these delicious Anzac Biscuits without the flour and sugar most have – enjoy!

Makes 20 small biscuits (Serves 10)


  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees
  2. In a food processor or blender mix oats, coconut, and almonds
  3. Add all the other ingredients and blend again
  4. Roll into 20 balls
  5. Flatten each ball into a biscuit
  6. Pop them on a non-stick oven tray with baking paper & bake for approx. 20 mins or until golden

Lady Tip: add 2 scoops of vanilla Lady Shake to make it even better!
