INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large wholemeal pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons reduced salt BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoons reduced salt tomato paste
  • 200g lean chicken breast - sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum, diced
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cheese, grated
METHOD
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and spray a baking tray with cooking oil
  2. Put the pitta bread on the tray, evenly cover the pita base in tomato paste and BBQ sauce
  3. Sprinkle the chicken, then veggies
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza evenly
  5. Place on the tray and cook for 15 min or until golden and crisp
