INGREDIENTS
- 1 large wholemeal pita bread
- 2 tablespoons reduced salt BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoons reduced salt tomato paste
- 200g lean chicken breast - sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 cup red capsicum, diced
- 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
- 1/2 cup reduced fat cheese, grated
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and spray a baking tray with cooking oil
- Put the pitta bread on the tray, evenly cover the pita base in tomato paste and BBQ sauce
- Sprinkle the chicken, then veggies
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza evenly
- Place on the tray and cook for 15 min or until golden and crisp
