Michelle lost 32kg

I’m 36, from Werribee Victoria. Lost 32kg since using the shake.

I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid 6yrs ago, which health-wise was the beginning of my snowball. Two complicated pregnancies later, the daily juggle of motherhood, career and generally looking after everything and everyone BUT myself.

I was at the doctors getting weighed, (was never a scales girl) I looked down, I was at my heaviest. For me that was my OMG moment – I need to do something about this…I had gestational diabetes in both pregnancies, my father is a diabetic, if I don’t do something now, I’m going to bring it on sooner… it's going to affect interacting with my boys.

I’d tried other shake programs, diets, boot camps. I found the other diet programs to be restrictive, which I would cave in before getting any real results. A friend introduced me to LS and I haven't looked back!

My biggest roadblock was when I fell pregnant, as you may have guessed my body doesn’t do that well, unfortunately, we lost it. I had a 3mth break during this time. I decided to take the time to let my body and mind heal. When my body had healed, I started back slowly for a few weeks then back to my original routine.

How has my lifestyle changed now? I am eating more regularly than before, average every 2-3hrs and healthier options. Learnt to substitute certain foods though my cups of tea was not on that list. I added a morning walk which was not only great to burn some calories but to have some me-time.

Most of my journey was done during Melbourne lockdowns; seeing friends for the first time after shedding the kg’s and seeing the shock on their faces was quite a nice feeling.

I feel great, I have more energy to run around with my kids; I’m able to easily carry my 3yr old on my shoulders (when he gets tired) on walks. I’m also fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes

Change is going to start with you, no one else can do it for you

Everyone’s journey looks a little different, enjoy your own path, at your own pace; play with how you like your shakes; if you have a hiccup, don’t be discouraged & give up, simply start again.

Remember your turning point, what or why you started in the first place and what your end goal is.… you got this!
