Quick, simple, tasty! This healthy take on the Pinacolda, is the perfect weekend treat that will make you feel like you’re on holidays!

Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 fresh banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
Juice of half lime
Handful of ice
50- 100ml coconut milk or cream
1 scoop vanilla Lady Shake or Manshake
1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping
Toasted coconut
Toasted cashew pieces
Fresh pineapple chopped fine
Fresh mint

Method
1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a processor/blender & blend well – add more coconut milk if need but not too much as you want the consistency to be like soft serve – or if you just want a smoothie add more milk to your liking
2. Scoop out into a bowl & add toppings to your liking
3. Enjoy immediately
