I am 43 years old and I  live in Sydney NSW. I have lost 20kg since being on the Lady Shake in 3 months.
I have always been up and down with my weight. I also have a family history of high blood pressure and mine was on the higher side.
I had come to the realisation I was wearing bigger clothes thinking it would disguise my weight a little more, but when I saw the photos I knew it wasn’t hiding anything and I needed to do something.
I had a visit to the doctor and she wanted to weigh me and I told her I didn’t want to know my weight and I turned my head. A week later is when I got up the courage to get on my scales at home. It wasn’t really a huge shock because I knew I was heavy, but seeing that number, I knew things needed to change, not just for me but for my children and my husband too.
My diet before the shakes was terrible. I was drinking on average 3 cans of soft drink a day, plus energy drinks and it got the point where I would also enjoy an alcoholic beverage or 2 a day. That has all changed since starting the Lady Shake, I don’t crave it anymore!

I walk a lot more now. When I first started, walking just a short distance was tiring. But now I get the kids on their scooters or bikes and we got for an hour or so walk at least 4 times a week. If I need something at the shops i will walk down now, instead of hopping in the car. My mindset has changed dramatically.
I have made the Lady shakes fit into my daily life quite easily. I have one for breakfast (I never used to eat breakfast), lunch and a well balanced, much smaller portion sized dinner. For snacks in between, I am now eating fruit with greek yoghurt and cut up cucumber/tomatoes with some hommus. My favourite Lady Shake flavour at the moment is choc mint!
The biggest difference I find is my energy levels. I don’t just come home from work and lay on the lounge and snack on the bad foods. I actually find myself stopping to think about what I eat now, and is it really worth those extra calories. I do still treat myself, don’t get me wrong, it’s just in moderation now. My portion sizes have drop dramatically and I get fuller quicker which is great!
My biggest roadblock would have just been my mindset. I was not in the right headspace, but once something clicked up there and I realised I needed to do this to be around for my family, there was no turning back.
Honestly, The Lady Shake has changed my life. I am so much happier now. I am confident when I go out in public and I don’t need to hide my body under those baggy clothes anymore! My blood pressure is now in the normal range and my resting heart rate is also in the normal range. I have gone from being in the obese class 2 range, down to just overweight. So my final goal will to have my weight in the normal range for me.
I would say to people that are thinking about starting if I can do it, the person who use to abuse their body with so many bad foods and drinks on a daily basis, you can do it!! If you really want to lose weight, you will know when the right time is to start and hopefully after seeing my transformation, your time is now.

Rachel stayed motivated and has now lost an incredible 33kgs
Today, I am weighing in at 71.5kg & feeling the best I’ve felt in such a long time!!
I’ve changed…
Not just my weight, but most importantly my mindset.
In the last 5 months, my life has changed because of The Lady Shake.
The biggest thing I found is portion size & obviously healthier choices.
It gets easier with time!!
I used to hide behind my clothes but not anymore.
I am confident, healthier & most of all, happier ðŸ’ž
I love clothes shopping more than ever now.
