FEATURED RECIPE – Chia breakfast pod

Check out our super tasty, super healthy Chia breakfast pod recipe that is easy to make and is great to enjoy as a snack or brekkie. It is also another great meal for the kids to eat too, enjoy!


  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Lady Shake Vanilla
  • 250 ml liquid (almond/coconut milk or water )
  • Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Add ingredients to a mason jar and shake or stir with a spoon.
  2. Set in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes or over night.

Lady shake tip: We like to add a few blueberries or strawberries on top of ours.
