    How much exercise should you do on Lady Shake….i do MA..twice a week and boxing twice a week…

      Hi Bev!

      you can do as much exercise as you like 🙂 We recommend at least 10,000 steps a day. But looks like your getting a full body workout with your MA and Boxing.

    The lady shake is the easiest most convenient way to lose weight I have ever come across while hoping to lose 10 kilos by Christmas I have already achieved this .I started the Lady shakes on the 17.9.18 as well as my husband on the Man Shakes and to date 27.11.18 we have both lost over 10 kilos which has inspired me to keep going to reach my goal of 30 kilos I have also been using my treadmill for 30 minutes per day 6 days per week with plenty of energy to do so
