Shelley Loses 8kg with The Lady Shake

Hi, my name is Shelley I am 28 and live in Hallidays Point NSW.

So far I have lost 8kg using the Lady Shake, which I have been taking for 4 months now.

My Dad had started taking the Man Shake and saw fantastic results! I was excited to find out there was a Lady Shake, so I thought – If he can do it, so can I!

I started The Lady Shake because I wanted to feel healthier,  I wanted more energy and I wanted to be in control of what I ate.  So many failed diets resulting in binge eating and gaining even more weight, I was ready for something new and not just another fad diet. I never liked the idea of meal replacement shakes because they are all so high in sugar. The fact that the Lady Shake is low in sugar was a selling point for me – and also I could just add water!

I always wanted a quick fix and never wanted to have to have to work hard to lose weight. I tried diet teas, African mango, thermogenic fat burners, juice cleansing, detox diets, fasting diets, low-calorie diets…. you name it – I’ve tried it! All of these diets worked for me enabling me to lose weight very quickly, but being able to maintain the weight loss proved very difficult and before long I was back to my original weight again.

But thanks to the lady shake I lost the weight and have kept it off. I feel great, I don’t feel bloated anymore, I have a lot more energy and I feel fuller for longer. I am now in control of my eating habits and are no longer overeating, binge eating or craving sugar.

At first, I really disliked them – probably because it doesn’t taste sugary. Over time I have gotten used to the flavours and my favourites are now Chocolate, Strawberry and Banana! I love blending blueberries in with the Banana!!

The meal plan is super easy, I have a Lady Shake for breakfast, strawberries as a snack, Lady Shake for lunch, carrots or nuts for afternoon tea and for dinner I would have a chicken or fish dish with vegetables or salad. There are lots of great recipes on the Lady Shake website so I’m never short of ideas. Additionally, I walk for about 45 minutes 5 days a week as for exercise.

My self-confidence has increased, I feel comfortable in my clothes now, I’m not struggling to do up buttons and zippers. I have more energy, I’m not feeling sluggish all of the time and I’m happier in myself! Thank you Lady Shake!!

It is so easy and convenient, all you have to do is add water! There is no excuse not to be healthy anymore!
