  • 600g lean beef strips
  • 2 carrots (sliced thinly)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 8 soft flour tacos (warm)
  • 1 red onion (thin slices)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 2 large handfuls lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
  • 1 Cup shredded cheese


  1. Heat pan and spray with oil
  2. Once hot add beef and cook approx. 5 mins – add teriyaki sauce after half cooked
  3. In tacos place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and carrots
  4. Add cooked beef
  5. Drizzle each taco with lime and sprinkle with cheese
