1 salmon fillet
1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp arrowroot flour 

Mix all sauce ingredients together. Marinate the salmon with the sauce in a snap lock bag for at least 20 minutes.

Heat a non stick frypan. Cook the marinated salmon until crispy.
