A sweet take on an omelette! A yummy high protein brekky or snack.
- 100g egg whites
- 1 tsp sweetener
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 cup strawberries
Whisk egg whites, vanilla and sweetener together. Heat a non stick frypan over medium heat. Pour in the egg whites and allow to cook, using a spatula, fold in half and continue to cook. Once cooked half way through, flip and cook the other side.
Top with peanut butter and strawberries or toppings of choice.
