Can you use milk instead of water

      Hi Heidi!
As The Lady Shake is a complete balanced meal in a shake, you just add water. But if you wish you can use milk, but we suggest you try half milk half water first. And some great milk alternatives are unsweetened coconut or almond milk, they are lower in calories, sugars and fats 🙂

Is it ok to add kale and half a banana plus flaxseeds or would this
    counteract the weight loss

You can add those if you like, but the shakes already have flax seeds

Is it OK to add a couple of spoons of lite Greek yoghurt to the shake

Hi Melinda! The shakes are a complete balanced meal so you don’t need to add anything else. But, Yes you can add greek yogurt if you like.

I add a small banana and blueberries and fresh mint leaves to my breakfast shake
Or a spoon of peanut butter with hempseed
