425g can tuna
1 cup mashed spud lite potatoes
2 tbsp. fresh dill
1/2 onion, diced
1 egg, whisked
1/4 cup breadcrumbs or gluten-free flour 

Combine all ingredients together. Shape into 6 patties.
Heat a non stick frypan, cook patties for approximately 4 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
