You’ve heard it before and for good reason – muscle is more dense than fat.
If you’re exercising, chances are you’re putting on muscle while you lose weight. You can lose a kilo of fat and add on a kilo of muscle in a week, but the scale won’t show it. Instead, you’ll go away thinking you’ve made no progress.
If you’re getting stronger or fitter, this is progress that will help you burn more fat in the future.

When your body gets the nutrition it needs you can literally feel the energy boost, it’s like a battery running on empty and then receiving a jolt!
