How to get creative with your Lady Shake & Bars

Wondering how to ‘shake up’ your everyday shakes this winter ladies? With the cold chill creeping in, we've put together our top three favourite ways to get creative with your Lady Shake and Bars, designed to keep you warm, full and shaking all day long! 





Hack 1: Top Deck Hot Chocolate 

Curl up on the lounge and warm yourself up from the inside out with our favourite Lady Shake treat - our top deck hot chocolate.  
  1. Mix one scoop of Vanilla Lady Shake, one scoop of Chocolate Lady Shake, and one scoop of Choc Super Greens in your shaker. Add 500ml of water or milk of your choice. 
  2. Shake cold, and once at the consistency preferred, pour into a microwave safe mug. 
  3. Heat for 1 – 2 minutes, stir every 30 seconds.  
  4. Drink up, this one is our favourite for a protein-boosted drink! 
 

Hack 2: Warm Lady Bar Brownie  

Whether it’s an afternoon pick-me-up or after dinner treat, there is nothing better than beating the cold with a delicious, warm brownie! But before you break your healthy regime, try this hack instead. 

Grab our Chunky Chocolate Lady Bar, chop it into bite sized pieces, pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute (or longer if you prefer a gooey consistency!) and voilà, you’ve got yourself a gooey brownie. If you’re a brownie and ice cream kind of lady, we recommend adding your Chunky Chocolate Lady Bar brownie into a bowl with a scoop of probiotic yoghurt! 

 

Hack 3: Vanilla Chai Lady Shake 

A chai latte is the perfect hot drink when you’re looking for something a tad sweet that isn’t coffee. This winter, we’ve put together a delicious Lady Shake inspired version and if you’re a chai lover, you are going to want to give this recipe a go! *For this recipe you will need sugar free chai powder, and optionally milk of your choice to shake with 
  1. Add two scoops of Vanilla Lady Shake to a shaker, along with 500ml of the milk or liquid of your choice. Add two teaspoons of sugar free chai powder. Shake – hard! 
  2. After shaken to your preferred consistency, transfer into a microwave safe mug, and microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.  
  3. After heating, sprinkle chai powder on top of your shake/latte! 
  4. Curl up in a comfy seat and enjoy!
