The streaming service has covered all grounds in terms of variety! The workouts are categorised into different programs, each targeting specific fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle building, or improving athletic performance. The programs vary in length, from quick 10-minute sessions up to 45-minute workouts, fitting into any schedule. Here’s a quick break down:
