  • Probiotics: Foods like Greek yogurt, garlic, and sauerkraut have good bacteria that help your gut.
  • Limit your trips to the drive-thru: Don't eat too much processed, sugary, or fatty food. They're not good for your gut.
  • Drink Water: Staying hydrated keeps your gut happy. We recommend drinking 2-3L daily on our programs!  
  • Chill Out: High stress isn't good for your gut. Try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, regular walks, stretching or yoga.
