Lydia lost 20kgs in 8 months on The Lady Shake!

Hi, I’m Lydia, and I’ve lost 20kgs so far on The Lady Shake!

I started The Lady Shake in February 2023 because I was ready to change my life for my son, and for my health. I started at 110kgs, which was the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’ve always been someone who is always on the go, but I was starting to feel the weight stopping me from being that person. I knew I needed to make a change.

I started exercising when I began the shakes and I try to do something different every day to keep motivated and mix it up. I usually rotate every morning between a walk, the exercise bike or weight training.

My Routine

I also implemented intermittent fasting into my routine, so my daily eating plan looks something like this:

  1. Noon - I break my fast with a shake (my favourite ones for the morning are The Lady Shake Coffee or The Lady Shake GO! Mocha at the moment)
  2. 3:00 pm - A snack
  3. 6:30 pm - It's dinner time, where I will usually have a shake (I am really loving The Lady Shake Chocolate right now too!)

My all-time favourite shake is The Lady Shake Coffee and The Lady Shake Chocolate blended together with ice, half milk and half water. It’s so delicious and creamy. I usually buy the Buy 3 Get 1 Free bundle, and I always get a mix of The Lady Shake Coffee, The Lady Shake Chocolate and The Lady Shake GO! Mocha.

As well as the shakes tasting yummy, my skin and hair feel so good and strong! I’ve also got so much more energy, which I love the most! I can keep up with my son, which is the main reason I started the shakes in the first place.

My advice to anyone starting the shakes would be to just stick to it. It probably took my body two weeks to get used to the shakes, but now I’m 90kgs and not slowing down anytime soon!
