Tam lost 12kgs on The Lady Shake!

Hi, I’m Tam, and I’ve lost 12kgs thanks to The Lady Shake!

I first started The Lady Shake at the end of February 2023. I didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror, and my clothes felt too tight on me, and overall, I just always felt bloated and lacked energy.  

I was ready for a change, and had heard some great success stories from The Lady Shake, so I wanted to give it a go! I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 20 years, but I was just starting to gain those unwanted kilos – honestly I put it down to my hormones and being in my 40s! I had always been quite a slim person, but I hit 40, and bam! The weight started to stack on so easily, even with my exercise routine.  

I love fitness, and I run 6 km three times a week, and I cycle twice a week on my home spin bike. I roughly burn about 400-500 calories a session. 

I replace two meals a day with shakes – my breakfast and lunch. Generally, for breakfast I will have ½ of a frozen banana, and ¼ of an avocado in my Lady Shake, along with healthy greens such as baby spinach, celery and cucumber. I add greens to every shake I make because of the amazing health benefits they provide, in conjunction with The Lady Shake.  

At lunchtime I will have my Lady Shake with added fruit and my favourite green combination (spinach, celery and cucumber). I also always shake with 900ml of water, as I believe it helps with my weight loss and daily water intake. In all honesty, it’s absolutely delicious; it makes the shakes so beautiful and sweet. Sometimes I also add light Greek yoghurt, beetroot and juice for a bit of variety with my shakes. 

My favourite flavours are definitely Choc Banana, Choc Honeycomb Crunch and Strawberry - I always buy them online as you just save so much, and the bags are bigger (840 grams). My go-to pack is the ‘Buy 3 Get 1 Free’.   

The Lady Shake is the best and easiest diet to stick to as they are just so yummy, and there is so much you can do with them! My shakes are typically 240-300 calories per serve, as I add lots of extras in. Because I add things to my shakes, I don’t typically snack throughout the day. If I exercise, I sometimes have a boiled egg, or cheese and brown crackers as a snack.  

I always have a home-cooked meal with my family in the evenings - I don’t eat white bread, pasta or rice. The Lady Shake is so easy to stick to, I have ‘treat’ days but I try not to over indulge either, the two best words I have are ‘moderation’ and ‘balance.’  

I started my shake journey at the end of February, and I’ve lost 12kgs so far, and although I don’t take measurements I’m confident I’ve also lost centimetres in areas due to working out too. If you stick to it, you will get results. I strongly recommend taking weekly photos to track your progress as well as take your measurements - it’s the biggest indicator as the scales are not always the best way to track your progress.  

I honestly feel amazing since I started The Lady Shakes, I just have so much more energy, and I’m not bloated anymore. I’ve also noticed a massive change in my hair, skin and nails. Thank you so much Lady Shake, you have changed my life for the better!
