At The Lady Shake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves on delivering quality products to help you stay healthy and strong. However, we know things don’t always go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns to make sure you’re always looked after.


Damaged in Transit?

If your The Lady Shake products were damaged on the way to you, please keep them safe. A quick photo of the damage attached to the form below will help us speed up a replacement, so you can keep enjoying your health journey without interruption.


You received the wrong items?

If we’ve mistakenly sent the wrong The Lady Shake products, don’t worry! Just let us know right away using the form below, and we’ll make it right by sending the correct items to you at no cost. Keeping the incorrect items unopened helps us handle this smoothly.


Changed Your Mind?

We understand that plans can change! If you decide you don’t need an unopened The Lady Shake product, just contact our friendly customer service team using the form below. To initiate a full refund, the entire order must be returned to us in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of ordering. Partial refunds for individual items from an order are not available. You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for the return, and we’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the full order. Please note, we can only accept one change-of-mind return per person for unopened items.


Quality Concerns?

At The Lady Shake, quality is non-negotiable. If you’ve opened a product and believe there’s a quality issue, we want to know! Please use the form below to let us know and include the batch code (found near the best-before date). Hang on to the product, as we might need more details or ask for its return. If we find an issue with the batch, we’ll send a replacement from a verified batch or offer a full refund, covering any shipping costs. For issues with only part of your order, we may provide an exchange or replacement instead of a refund.

Returns Policy

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us information or images of defect for preliminary assessment and provide further information as reasonably requested by us. Unless we specifically request it, we will not require you to physically return opened products as they are perishable.

The Lady Shake will provide you with the remedies as required under Australian Consumer Law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or any other legislation, but does not accept other forms of returns.
