Ingredients
- 1/3 (80ml) cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 (125ml) cup Skim Milk
- 1 x Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 x Tbsp The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 1 x Scoop Chocolate Super Greens
- 2 x Tbsp Yoghurt (tip: use YoPro for extra protein)
Method
- Combine all ingredients into either a bowl, a mason jar or a glass cup.
- Mix well until you see no clumps and seal with a lid or cling wrap.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold and top with your favourite berries or fruit of choice.
