Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats, blended into flour
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese or greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop The Lady Shake Chocolate
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Toppings
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- Drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
Method
- In a bowl, combine the oats, cottage cheese or yoghurt, The Lady Shake powder, egg whites and baking powder together until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Pour in 1/3 of the pancake batter and allow to cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip and cook the other side. Repeat until all of the batter is cooked.
- Top with sliced strawberries, a dollop of yoghurt and sugar-free maple syrup.
