Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of raw almonds
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- A handful of chia seeds
- 3-4 cubes of ice
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (or to your liking)
- 1 scoop of The Lady Shake Vanilla (or Strawberry)
Method
- Blend ice cubes, almonds, blueberries, strawberries, almond milk, and lady shake powder in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl once blended and add seeds of choice on top.
